- Exclusive production of organic bakery products and ÖkoFee basic baking ingredients
- Registration of the first five patents
- Construction and inauguration of the first organic bakery
1998 – 2000
- International sales of organic bakery products
- Extension of product range to more than 40 organic products
- Implementation of deep-frozen family packages for consumers
2000 – 2002
- Registration of further patents
- Purchase of new company grounds
2002 – 2005
- Construction of the new ecological production site in Ebensfeld-Unterneuses
- Launch of production in one of Europe’s most modern organic bakeries
2006 – 2010
- Conversion to 100% green electricity and gas
- First fully automatic production line for organic bakery products

- Changeover from conventional cooling systems to eco-friendly CO2- and NH3-refrigeration systems
- Expansion of production capacities as a result of investments in new process technology
- Setting up of a second production facility
