1996 – 1998

  • Founding of the company as an organic bakery in Bad Staffelstein
  • Exclusive production of organic bakery products and ÖkoFee basic baking ingredients
  • Registration of the first five patents
  • Construction and inauguration of the first organic bakery

1998 – 2000

  • International sales of organic bakery products
  • Extension of product range to more than 40 organic products
  • Implementation of deep-frozen family packages for consumers

2000 – 2002

  • Registration of further patents
  • Purchase of new company grounds

2002 – 2005

  • Construction of the new ecological production site in Ebensfeld-Unterneuses
  • Launch of production in one of Europe’s most modern organic bakeries

2006 – 2010

  • Conversion to 100% green electricity and gas
  • First fully automatic production line for organic bakery products

2011 – 2015

  • Changeover from conventional cooling systems to eco-friendly CO2- and NH3-refrigeration systems
  • Expansion of production capacities as a result of investments in new process technology
  • Setting up of a second production facility

2016 – 2019

  • Lucas Schedel joins the company management
  • Implementation of innovative recipes and products in the in-house training bakery
